We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain strategy. This role is responsible for developing and enhancing procurement processes, supplier partnerships, and sourcing strategies that ensure a reliable supply of goods and services while optimizing cost, quality, and operational efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Procurement Manager will serve as a key business partner across the organization, overseeing inventory performance and cost of goods while driving procurement initiatives that support continued growth. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening supplier relationships, improving supply chain performance, and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, supplier performance, and long-term value.
Establish and report procurement KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business and operational needs.
Monitor market conditions, commodity trends, and supplier performance to identify risks and sourcing opportunities.
Manage the procurement of key commodities while ensuring supply continuity and cost competitiveness.
Develop cost analyses, benchmarking, and scenario planning to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier management.
Establish and continuously improve purchasing policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Build strategic supplier partnerships through performance metrics, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts and agreements while exercising sound business judgment and effective communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration; candidates with extensive verifiable experience will be considered.
CPPO, CPM, CPPB, Certified Contract Negotiator, or similar procurement certification preferred.
5+ years of procurement and contract management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing commodities such as metals, compounds, and resins preferred.
Proven experience leading purchasing and strategic sourcing functions.
Strong vendor management, supplier development, and negotiation skills.
Business acumen with knowledge of market trends and commodity dynamics.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop reports.
Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
