Fat and Weird Cookie is a fast-growing, innovative cookie manufacturer producing some of the most exciting cookies in the industry. We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented team members to join our crew. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with opportunities to work in multiple departments — including kitchen, warehouse, shipping, cleaning, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adaptable Team Support: Assist in various areas of production, shipping, or cleaning based on daily operational needs.
- Training & Growth: Learn and master new skills and processes across multiple departments with a positive, teachable attitude.
- Equipment & Facility Care: Operate and maintain production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and responsibly.
- Product Quality: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product consistency, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Package, label, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory & Organization: Help track, organize, and restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures in all areas of the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and uphold a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Technology Use: Utilize basic digital tools and software systems (such as Odoo, QuickBooks, or shipping platforms) for production tracking, inventory logging, and shipping coordination.
- Reliability & Consistency: Arrive on time, maintain focus, and complete assigned tasks with care and accuracy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual work ethic
- Trainable and adaptable — eager to learn new systems, processes, and skills
- Basic comfort with computers and digital systems (training provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and cooperation skills
- Problem-solving ability — willing to identify and address small issues before they become larger challenges

Education and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or food manufacturing environment preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Standing for the majority of the shift
- Periodic heavy lifting required
- Exposure to varying temperatures (hot and cold areas)
- Required safety gear includes non-slip shoes and baker’s coat
