HomePromise Corporation, a private financial services company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team based in Boardman, OH. This is an exciting and lucrative career opportunity in the dynamic financial services industry. As a Sales Representative, you will consult with mortgage clients and coordinate with internal departments to achieve client goals. We offer an attractive base salary plus commission!

Successful Sales Representatives can earn up to $7,000.00 or more per month. This sales role does not involve any travel or cold calling. You will receive a significant number of sales leads which are all warm inbound leads based on a significant advertising budget. We are dedicated to excellence, with a strong team environment.

This is a high earning sales role for a Mortgage Loan Originator. Your performance and sales excellence will be handsomely rewarded at HomePromise.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

Advise prospective clients on mortgage options
Evaluate residential mortgage applications
Find the best loan solution for the client
Marketing of lending services
Acquire new clients and assess their needs according to their financial information
Analyze and compare different home loan options available to the client.
Answer questions and gather documentation from applicants
Help clients complete and understand all the necessary paperwork
Coordinate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing departments
Update job knowledge with continual training and lending education

What We're Looking For

1 to 2 years successful sales experience strongly preferred
