Administrative Assistant Support Specialist

Yuba City, CA
$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Setting: Fully Onsite

Kelly is hiring a Branch Office Support Specialist in Yuba City, CA to support daily operations in a healthcare branch environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, customer service, and helping ensure patients receive the equipment and support they need.

This position works closely with the Branch Manager and Sales team to support patients, coordinate equipment services, and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in person and by phone
Support the Sales team with patient documentation and intake processing
Review internal systems and confirm equipment delivery appointments
Perform post-delivery confirmations and data entry
Assist with patient scheduling and customer satisfaction follow-ups
Collect and document billing or credit card information when needed
Scan, file, and maintain patient records
Support equipment preparation and warehouse coordination
Assist patients with equipment setup, paperwork, and insurance explanations
Conduct downloads and basic functional checks of respiratory equipment when directed
Support audit and documentation requests
Order office supplies and assist with general branch operations

What We’re Looking For

? High School Diploma or GED
? 2+ years of office or administrative experience
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Comfortable handling patient documentation and scheduling
? Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
? Basic computer and data entry skills
