We are seeking an energetic and motivated Hourly Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Act as the closing FOH MOD 5 days a week. Taking cash outs, counting banks, checking out the closing team members, locking up the property, etc.
Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Lead staff training and development to promote excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling procedures and alcohol service regulations.
Assist in the preparation of food items when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Participate in hiring processes such as interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members.
Proven experience in bar management in an upscale environment
Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings; including staff training & development.
Familiarity with inventory control practices and food safety standards in a casual dining or fine dining context.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and shift supervision.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
