The Nuts and Bolts

Quality Marble & Granite is hiring a driven, organized Inside Sales Representative for our brand-new Yuma location.

This is a full-time, in-office position working Tuesday through Saturday. Our hours are:

· Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

You will be one of the first employees at our Yuma location, giving you the opportunity to help build the customer base, shape the culture, and grow your career as the location expands.

We are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, manage multiple opportunities, follow through on commitments, and confidently close sales.

Quality Marble & Granite is a growing countertop and home-design products company that has served homeowners and professional customers for more than 20 years.

We sell countertops, slabs, cabinets, flooring, tile, sinks, faucets, hardware, and related products to homeowners, contractors, fabricators, builders, designers, showrooms, and other professional trade customers.

Our new Yuma showroom is part of an exciting period of growth for our company. We are already working toward opening our fourth location, creating meaningful opportunities for employees who want to grow with the business.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a confident and motivated sales professional who knows how to build trust, follow through, and turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

You should enjoy talking with people, solving problems, learning new products, and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.

This is not simply an order-entry or customer-service position. You will be responsible for managing sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, following up consistently, and helping grow the Yuma location.

The right person:

· Enjoys building relationships with customers and professional accounts.

· Communicates clearly and professionally by phone, email, text, and in person.

· Knows how to listen, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.

· Takes ownership of customer questions, concerns, and commitments.

· Follows up consistently and does not allow opportunities to slip through the cracks.

· Can manage multiple customers, quotes, orders, and priorities at the same time.

· Works well as part of a small, collaborative team.

· Stays organized and maintains attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

· Is motivated by sales goals, customer satisfaction, and career growth.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome customers and create a professional, positive showroom experience.

· Manage incoming leads from phone calls, emails, website inquiries, texts, and showroom visits.

· Help homeowners and professional customers select the right products for their projects.

· Prepare quotes, review pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

· Follow up on quotes, opportunities, product holds, and open customer decisions.

· Build relationships with contractors, fabricators, installers, builders, designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and other professional customers.

· Conduct proactive outbound calls and customer follow-up.

· Develop repeat business by providing responsive, reliable service.

· Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately update customer information.

· Assist with customer orders, payments, scheduling questions, and order coordination.

· Communicate proactively with customers and internal departments.

· Resolve customer concerns professionally and follow through until the issue is addressed.

· Learn our products, systems, sales process, and industry terminology.

· Contribute toward individual sales goals and monthly team margin goals.

· Help establish strong operating standards and customer-service practices for the new Yuma location.

· Keep the showroom and personal workspace organized and ready for customers.

What You Bring

· Two to five years of inside sales, account management, customer service, showroom sales, or business-to-business sales experience preferred.

· Experience working with contractors, builders, designers, trade professionals, or repeat business accounts is preferred.

· Experience in building materials, wholesale distribution, countertops, stone and tile, kitchen and bath, cabinets, flooring, lumber, roofing, plumbing supply, HVAC supply, industrial distribution, hospitality, or luxury retail is helpful but not required.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email, text, and in person.

· Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

· Experience preparing quotes, managing orders, or using CRM software is preferred.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

· Basic math and measurement skills.

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

· The ability to work Tuesday through Saturday.

· The ability to work from our Yuma, Arizona showroom.
