The Retail Pharmacist will play a key role within the Retail Pharmacy, supporting patients across a dynamic and community-focused practice setting. Working within Retail Pharmacy Services allows the pharmacist to combine clinical expertise with personalized service while helping improve medication adherence, patient education, and overall wellness throughout the community.

Reporting to pharmacy leadership, the Staff Pharmacist will collaborate closely with experienced healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines. The Retail Pharmacy Pharmacist will receive support from pharmacy technicians, nursing professionals, providers, and administrative leadership while maintaining a high degree of professional autonomy. Responsibilities include medication dispensing, patient counseling, medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and interdisciplinary communication.
