Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. What we’re looking for in an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office
Impeccable customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required; experience with EMR software is recommended
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

What you’ll do as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

Submit accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers
Follow up on outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients
Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
