REMOTE LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Full-Time | Remote Position with In-Person Training and Occasional Team Meetings | $19–$20/hour

We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Litigation Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you're organized, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Remote Litigation Support Specialist, you'll help manage legal matters from intake through completion by:

Open and enter new matters into our case management system.
Coordinate service of process with our nationwide network of process servers.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and vendors regarding case status.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of service requests.
Prepare affidavits and other legal documentation in accordance with state requirements.
Conduct skip traces when necessary to locate individuals for service.
Troubleshoot service issues and coordinate re-service efforts.
Maintain accurate case documentation for billing and file completion.
Prioritize daily workflow to ensure outstanding matters are handled promptly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicates well, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience working as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, Paralegal, or in another legal support role.
Previous experience working with legal documents, court procedures, or litigation support is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using case management or CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
