Full Job Description

Global Security Corporation is hiring a highly skilled Site Manager in Pataskala, OH.

Duties:

Supervise the day-to-day security operations at the Client’s site.
Lead and manage a team of security officers and supervisors.
Recruitment and hiring of new security officers to ensure 100% staffing requirements are met
Manage the scheduling and payroll submission duties at the site
Work closely with the Client’s management staff to include, all reporting and deliverables are being met
Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect its employees and property
Develop and foster relationships with the Client and its employees
Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed the Company’s financial and operational goals
Monitor Ohio Private Protective Services security officer licenses by Ohio law
Understand and enforce the Company’s Handbook
All other duties and responsibilities as required by the Client and Company

Qualifications

Previous Account Management, law enforcement, and military experience preferred
A four-year college degree is preferred
Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
Ability to work in a team environment or independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
Previous scheduling experience preferred
Knowledge and skill with computer programs
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
Knowledge of Ohio Private Protective Services security guard licensing requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
