Job Type: Independent/Freelance/Contractor/1099

Position Summary: In-office outbound sales opportunity with earnings support equivalent to ~$18/hour during active calling time plus uncapped commissions.

About BizTel USA: BizTel USA is a specialized sales and operations partner supporting the retail energy industry. We work closely with energy suppliers and brokers to manage outbound sales and customer engagement, helping businesses secure better energy solutions. Our Clearwater office is focused on building a high-performance outbound sales floor where representatives work directly with business decision-makers in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

About the Role: We are hiring motivated outbound representatives to support a commercial energy sales floor focused on small and mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to businesses
Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
Set live transfers for senior closers
Work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Compensation (Independent/Freelance/Contractor/1099):

Earnings support equivalent to ~$18/hour during active calling time
Uncapped commissions and incentives
Advancement opportunities into closing roles

Preferred Experience:

Appointment setting, outbound call center, or inside sales experience
Energy sales experience a plus
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
