Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage and train kitchen staff in proper food handling techniques.
- Coordinate and supervise food service operations to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of meals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Create and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and service techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Note: Bartending experience is a plus but not required for this position.

We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
