Residential and Commercial garage door openers, swing gates and sliding gates, industrial gates, and parking barriers are a few of the products we produce.

As part of the Marantec Company Group, our brand and associated companies span worldwide to over 70+ countries.

Marantec America Corp. is seeking someone to fulfill an open role for Outside Training and Sales Specialist! You will resolve customer questions, technical issues, and offer solutions to drive company revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial product training with multiple customers across the US, but with focus on the East Coast. Central East coast location or IL preferred.
Manage multiple sales projects with focus on residential and commercial products while utilizing CRM.
Be the main point of contact for designated projects and training.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company product portfolio and competing products.
Requires hands on, technical know-how and use of proper tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively and efficiently between our domestic team and other team members in our German headquarters when required.

Qualifications:

Prefer four (4) years of industry experience
Experience using MS Excel and MS Word, Google Workspace a plus.
Above average presentation and communication skills.
Proven conflict resolution skills dealing with customer issues.
Experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Successful track record of managing short and long-term, small, and large projects, preferably through a ERP and/or CRM system.
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, frequent ambiguity, and multiple competing priorities
Thoroughly understand engineering requirements and other aspects of a successful project.
Requires a valid driver’s license.

Garage Door Operator and Door Installation knowledge
Electronics/Mechanical knowledge
