Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead multiple locations within our restaurant group. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving results, profitability, and consistent execution across all venues. You will partner closely with General Managers and maintain a regular presence across locations to ensure strong service, financial performance, and guest experience. The role includes 3–4 service shifts per week to stay connected to operations, while also shaping standards and strategy across the region. This is an opportunity for a motivated leader to make a meaningful impact across multiple markets.

Compensation: $75,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Oversee performance, profitability, and execution across multiple locations
Ensure consistent service standards, guest experience, and operational execution across all venues
Lead, coach, and support General Managers to drive accountability and results
Manage scheduling, payroll, labor, and cost controls across all locations
Own P&L performance across all locations, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
Recruit, onboard, and develop managers and hourly team members
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and growth
Serve as the primary operational contact for venue and property partners when needed
Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements
Provide hands-on support across locations as needed, including service shifts
Travel regularly between locations to ensure consistent execution and standards

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
Strong background in restaurant operations, staffing, payroll, inventory, and cost control
Proven experience managing P&L and driving profitability across multiple locations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to develop, coach, and hold managers and teams accountable
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced environments
Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to travel regularly between locations

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
