Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a dynamic, multi-concept dining and events destination in University City. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of dining outlets, from casual experiences to more elevated offerings, as well as a high-volume events program and a rooftop venue.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the General Manager plays a key role in shaping the guest experience, building strong client relationships, and creating an environment where teams can thrive. This is a highly visible opportunity to drive operational excellence while supporting innovative culinary programming.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant concepts and event spaces
Lead financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
Support, coach, and develop a diverse team across front and back of house
Guide hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations in partnership with HR
Manage scheduling, payroll, and workforce planning to align with business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and cross-functional partners
Partner closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver high-quality food and service
Ensure consistent execution across high-volume service and large-scale events
Maintain operational standards, safety, and compliance across all areas
Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs, activations, and guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading operations in a multi-unit or complex foodservice environment
Strong understanding of high-volume service and catering or events operations
Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and driving performance
A collaborative leadership approach with a focus on team development and engagement
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary, or a related field is a plus (or equivalent experience)
Passion for hospitality, innovation, and continuous learning
