PartsWarehouse.com is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in replacement parts across Appliance, Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Tools, Vacuum, Spa & Pool, and HVAC categories. We serve customers nationwide and are focused on providing accurate parts, fast support, and a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer support team, oversee phone sales agents, improve daily service operations, and ensure that every customer receives timely, accurate, and professional assistance.

About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing our phone and email support teams, managing customer escalations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring customer inquiries are handled quickly and correctly.

In addition to customer support, this role will also be responsible for overseeing our phone sales agents. This includes making sure sales calls are answered professionally, missed sales calls are followed up on quickly, and phone agents are properly trained to assist customers with product questions, order placement, and sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable managing people, and able to balance customer satisfaction, sales performance, company policies, and operational realities.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily operations for the Customer Success team, including phone and email support.
Oversee phone sales agents in addition to customer service representatives.
Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor missed calls, abandoned calls, response times, email queues, unresolved customer issues, returned calls, and sales call opportunities.
Make sure all customer and sales calls are returned within company expectations.
Monitor phone sales performance, including answered calls, missed calls, returned calls, conversion opportunities, and customer experience.
Coach phone agents on professionalism, product assistance, order placement, follow-up, and sales conversion.
Handle escalated customer issues involving orders, shipping delays, returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect parts, and vendor-related problems.
Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Management to resolve customer issues.
Review customer complaints and identify recurring problems that need process improvements.
Train, coach, and develop Customer Success representatives and phone sales agents.
Hold team members accountable for quality, accuracy, productivity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Create and maintain customer service and phone sales procedures, templates, and internal guidelines.
Track team KPIs and provide regular reporting to management.
Ensure customer issues and sales opportunities are properly documented in company systems.
Help improve customer satisfaction, phone sales performance, and issue resolution while reducing avoidable refunds, chargebacks, and repeat contacts.
Support coverage planning to make sure phones and emails are properly staffed throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience managing a customer service, customer success, call center, inside sales, or support team.
Strong leadership and employee coaching skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional when handling escalated customer situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with order management systems, phone systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze customer service and phone sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work across departments.
Experience in e-commerce, distribution, replacement parts, retail support, or phone sales is a plus.
Experience with phone-based customer support or inside sales is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service, customer success, call center, inside sales, or related experience preferred.
1+ year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
