Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. MUST BE BILINGUAL!! (SPANISH) NO KITCHEN LINGO...FLUENT SPANISH!! DO NOT APPLY!

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Train and develop staff in areas such as cooking techniques, customer service, and POS systems (Toast POS).
Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize restaurant performance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Provide exceptional dining experiences through attentive service and quality food production.
Lead by example in shift management, ensuring all team members are motivated and engaged.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices.
Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations as well as fine dining experience is preferred.
Proficient in using POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction processing.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and budgeting.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Background in hospitality management or kitchen management is beneficial.
