Full Job Description

We have been delivering industry-leading service and expertise for 29 years! We specialize in custom recruitment advertising and marketing that gets our clients real candidate traffic instead of AI generated nonsense. We’re small but have a large national footprint. We provide unique, custom, specialized recruiting solutions to our clients. We work better and have more product options than our competition. Our most successful reps earn $80,000 to $120k+ per year while only working 35 hours per week!

Starting pay varies based on experience:

Typical pay package includes Base pay + 15% ongoing, residual, uncapped commissions. Target earnings on this pay package are $70,000/yr to $120,000/yr+. Earnings are based on 15% commission on all sales plus a base of $30K per year.

A higher pay package may be negotiated if you have industry experience, an understanding of the recruitment advertising market, an established, years-long work history in our industry or established client relationships.

In this role you will be driving sales and revenue growth for our company by educating and inspiring prospects to buy our products and services via the phone and virtual meetings. You will spend your time contacting and building relationships with business owners nationwide.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through cold calling and virtual meetings. Leads are provided so you can focus on making the sale and closing the deal.
- Initiate thorough conversations with prospective clients to identify their needs and guide them on our products and services.
- Work closely with our director and technology manager to deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing service and support.
- Accurately forecast, regularly report on sales activities and opportunities, and achieve sales targets.- Use our CRM system and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting.

Required Skills:
- Must love and be excited by sales! - Money-motivated go getter confident in your ability to succeed in sales. - Tech aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate technology concepts.- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must love talking to people and be comfortable on the phone. This job requires you to be on the phone constantly. - Ability to identify and reach decision makers at key levels.
- Three to five years of experience in inside sales. Business-to-Business phone prospecting to C-level executives is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B phone sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of consultative selling and solution selling approaches.
- Enjoy working in a small office environment.
- At least 1 year of commission related Sales Experience.
