Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Must have your California State Property and Casualty Insurance License
Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Your Mission (Responsibilities)
This position is a remote sales-only position. The agency provides new leads daily and has a dedicated in-house team of telemarketers who transfer sales opportunities to you. We invest in our sales team to guarantee their success. Follow our sales process, and you too can be successful.

Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.

Ensure that the Olson Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.

Responsible for accurate underwriting.

Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
