Position: Administrative Assistant (AA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 Hour Shifts

Be the "face" of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities-and use your administrative skills to impact the lives of our patients and their families. In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Experience in Dialysis; ICHD experience preferred.
Strong computer and clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to type 60 WPM.
High school diploma or GED required.
Medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a medical setting preferred.
