Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline office operations and support overall business efficiency. This position offers an engaging environment where your clerical expertise and office management skills will make a meaningful impact every day.

Duties

Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and software systems with precision and speed
Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing documents
Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information
Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously
Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks
Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams and external clients as needed
Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
Strong proofreading skills combined with excellent time management capabilities
