White Castle Roofing is growing our Commercial Service Division in Iowa, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to help lead that growth.
This isn't a traditional management role where you inherit a fully built team and simply maintain operations. This is an opportunity to help shape and expand our service presence throughout the Des Moines market while building meaningful relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and contractors.
You'll step into a market where we already have active commercial customers, national account relationships, and ongoing service work. Your mission is to strengthen those partnerships, create new opportunities, and help establish White Castle Roofing as the premier commercial roofing service provider in Iowa.

What You'll Do
Business Development & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Identify and pursue new commercial roofing service opportunities
- Grow existing customer accounts while expanding White Castle Roofing's presence throughout Iowa
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customers' roofing and maintenance needs
Roofing Service & Project Management
- Perform roof inspections, leak investigations, and condition assessments
- Prepare repair recommendations, scopes of work, and estimates
- Coordinate service projects, scheduling, materials, and customer communication
- Complete service repairs and maintenance work as needed
- Support residential service opportunities when necessary, although the primary focus is commercial roofing
Leadership & Market Growth
- Help establish service processes, standards, and best practices for the Iowa market
- Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring future service technicians
- Play a key role in building and leading future service crews
- Contribute to the long-term growth and success of our Iowa Service Division
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial roofing service, repairs, maintenance, or related roofing operations
- Existing relationships within commercial roofing, property management, facilities management, commercial real estate, or general contracting are highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to identify roofing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership mindset with a passion for growth and team development
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
