Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lot Attendant / Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be the friendly face of our office, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the organization of our lot and office areas. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer interactions, and a welcoming environment for all visitors and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, vehicle handling, and administrative support within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, visitors, and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
Assist with vehicle movement on the lot, including parking, retrieval, and staging of cars for redemption and transports
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas to ensure safety and visual appeal
Support office functions by handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
Manage vehicle keys and documentation accurately, ensuring proper tracking of inventory and test drives
Assist with cash handling duties such as cashiering for sales or service transactions when needed
Coordinate with delivery drivers for vehicle transfers or customer pickups, ensuring timely and efficient service

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Ability to operate <LOCATION> parking facilities confidently and safely
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management
Customer Service experience or familiarity with customers is a MUST
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
Must be comfortable handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality
