The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) team is responsible for creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for American Express products and services. This is achieved through differentiated and innovative branding, marketing, and experiences. The OnBrand Creative Agency sits within GABM. We aspire to be the creative partner-of-choice and build seamless customer experiences for our Business Units, essential for driving results. As an Associate Creative Director, Art Director, your work will be held to the highest standards. You're an important member of a high-performance team and we're counting on your best effort on every assignment, every day building a culture of delivering transformative work. The Associate Creative Director, Art Director, will report to the Group Creative Director.

5-7 years of art direction experience within a creative agency environment.
Ability to concept new campaign copy in a variety of mediums
Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns that are digital-first
Ability to combine conceptual creative thinking with high-quality content delivery
Captivating presentation skills
Passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A "maker" mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods
Strong conceptual skills
