Busy Saginaw law firm is seeking a full-time secretary who has experience in No-Fault Law and litigation.

Billing experience is a huge plus!

The position involves the following responsibilities and duties:

The qualifications and skills required:

Strong understanding of legal terminology, No-Fault/personal injury law a plus, and adhere to law office procedures
Excellent writing, grammar, editing, proofreading skills, and overall attention to detail needed
Excellent word processing skills-minimum 60wpm
Must be able to multi-task, possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and be a team player
Well organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, ability to work independently and cooperatively with coworkers
Professional telephone etiquette, including excellent customer skills
Strong computer skills a major plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
