gerstenberg.clinic needs a mature staff leader to lead a traditional family practice clinic that currently incorporates a modest amount of functional/wellness medicine, and intentionally grow the functional/wellness aspect of the clinic in a drastically, intentional fashion.

You Are the Right Person If…

→ You are fully capable to guide a mid size insurance-based medical practice and actively market/grow by 3x to 10x the cash based business.

→ You’re a self-starter who sees a gap and fills it — no hand-holding required.

→ You bring honesty, integrity, and genuine empathy to every interaction with patients and teammates.

→ You have real-world experience in marketing or sales and know how to grow a patient base.

→ You are able to navigate artificial intelligence (AI) at a moderate level.

→ You have already demonstrated the ability and willingness to flex with medical and marketing industry changes, and can navigate new challenges and environments.

→ You are able to oversee managing inventory and supplies for the practice

→ You are able to manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the practice. Including: implementing job scripts, team disciplinary measures, and proscribing constructive corrective action plans training and retraining.

→ You are able to manage hiring and firing of team members. Including: posting properly described job role(s) that align precisely with gerstenberg.clinic mission.
