N the Zone Ink is Central Oregon's largest custom apparel shop for screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, online merch stores, and branded merchandise. For more than 17 years, we've helped businesses, schools, nonprofits, events, and organizations bring their brands to life through high-quality decorated apparel and promotional products.Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the products we create. This isn't your typical customer service job.You'll work directly with businesses, schools, nonprofits, events, and organizations to help them bring their brands to life through custom apparel, promotional products, online merch stores, employee gifts, event merchandise, and creative swag.Every day is different. One day you may be helping a local brewery launch a new merchandise line, the next assisting a construction company with employee apparel, and the next brainstorming promotional products for a community event.In addition to a creative, customer-focused career, you'll enjoy a unique 39-hour work week with early Fridays, allowing you to start your weekends sooner while still working full-time.

Work Inside One of Central Oregon's Largest Custom Apparel Showrooms

Our facility includes a large showroom featuring hundreds of apparel styles, hats, promotional products, patches, and merchandise samples that customers can see, touch, and try on.You'll have access to real products, industry-leading vendors, and an experienced team that helps customers create merchandise programs that stand out.

Job Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for many of our customers. You'll guide them through the entire process, from idea generation and product selection to quoting, artwork approvals, production scheduling, and final delivery.This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping customers find creative solutions, grow their brands, and create merchandise they'll be proud to share.You'll act as a trusted advisor who helps clients strengthen their brand through apparel, promotional products, employee gifts, company stores, event merchandise, and creative swag ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
Learn about customer goals, budgets, audiences, and branding needs to recommend the best merchandise solutions.
Create quotes, product recommendations, merchandise mockups, approvals, invoices, and production schedules.
Manage customer projects from initial inquiry through final delivery.
Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Proactively introduce customers to new apparel trends, promotional products, and creative merchandise ideas.
Collaborate closely with art, purchasing, production, and fulfillment teams.
Follow up consistently throughout the sales and production process.
Conduct warm outreach to prospective customers and business partners.
Represent N the Zone Ink's commitment to quality, service, and professionalism.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence speaking on the phone and leading customer conversations.
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in customer service, account management, sales, marketing, hospitality, or another people-focused role.
Ability to confidently recommend products and ideas rather than simply take orders.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and email.
Experience with branding, apparel, promotional products, marketing, retail, or merchandising is a plus.
Graphic design experience or familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Wage: $22.50 per hour + Sales Commission
Sales Commission during the first six months is guaranteed at a minimum $450 monthly commission bonus while training and building your customer base.
Ongoing sales commission program with the opportunity to earn $1,000+ per month.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
39-hour work week
Early Fridays every week
Occasional overtime opportunities may be available
