About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Programmer to drive production excellence for high-precision, complex components. You will leverage your expertise in Mastercam and CAD design to optimize machining workflows, ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while maximizing shop floor efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine complex 3 and 4-axis CNC programs to enhance production throughput and part accuracy.
Engineer custom work-holding solutions and tooling configurations using SolidWorks to support intricate machining operations.
Create comprehensive setup documentation and manage technical data to streamline the transition from design to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement continuous process improvements.
Maintain high standards of safety and precision by verifying NC code and optimizing machine cycle times.
Ensure all manufacturing processes align with strict quality management systems and aerospace-grade requirements.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in multi-axis CNC programming.
Advanced proficiency in Mastercam and technical CAD software.
Deep understanding of GD&T, trigonometry, and precision measurement techniques.
Proven ability to machine a variety of metallic and non-metallic materials.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.

Preferred Skills

Experience working within AS9100 or similar highly regulated quality environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking and BOM management.
Background in precision sheet metal or advanced mill/turn operations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
