Full Job Description

Collaborative Insight Counseling Associates, LLC (CICA) is an expanding group private practice seeking to hire full-time pre-LMHC track clinicians to provide psychotherapy for adults, couples, families and adolescents. The practice is located in the heart of Boston's Financial District in a secure, contemporary professional building, minutes away from the MBTA’s South Station.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, insight-oriented therapy, that is culturally sensitive and eclectic/adaptable to meet our diverse client population’s multitude of clinical needs. Our clinical team prides itself in being multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and comes from a wide range of treatment modalities. The ideal candidate will commit to continually providing compassionate, culturally integrative care for our clients, and will be actively engaged within a collaborative, team-oriented group practice, while also being skilled in working independently with their respective clients.

Please Note:

This role entails a built-in ramp-up period. You will join our team initially on a part-time basis. We will actively support you in building your client base, and once you establish and maintain a caseload of 15+ active clients, you will be officially transitioned to a Full-Time status with access to our comprehensive benefits package.

We are currently interviewing candidates for a September 1, 2026 start date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Hybrid position requiring 6-15 hrs/week in person for all client-facing time
Caseload of 30 weekly clients for individual, couples or family psychotherapy.
Utilize EMR to maintain timely clinical documentation (case assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, collateral notes, etc.)
Attend all required staff/operations meetings, peer consultations, and individual weekly clinical supervision
Meet/exceed weekly productivity targets, established upon hire
