3R Plumbing & Mechanical is a fast-growing, veteran-owned Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide exceptional service while building a team that is passionate about growth, innovation, and customer experience.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand, and help drive company growth.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate revenue, increase brand awareness, and support our sales and operations teams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will oversee digital marketing, social media, lead generation, advertising, community outreach, content creation, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate understands how to generate measurable results and can confidently track marketing performance and return on investment.

ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Revenue Growth

Generate qualified residential and commercial leads.
Develop marketing campaigns focused on increasing revenue.
Create and manage referral partner programs.
Build relationships with realtors, builders, property managers, and local businesses.
Track lead sources and marketing performance.

Digital Marketing

Manage company website and conversion optimization.
Oversee SEO initiatives and local search rankings.
Manage Google Business Profile.
Coordinate Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns.
Improve online visibility and customer acquisition.

Social Media & Content Creation

Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and schedule social media content.
Coordinate technician photos, videos, and customer success stories.
Produce promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Assist with company branding and reputation management.

AI & Automation

Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, ServiceTitan, Zapier, and other AI tools.
Create automated customer follow-up campaigns.
Develop lead nurturing workflows.
Improve internal marketing systems and reporting.

Community Outreach

Coordinate local sponsorships and community events.
Develop relationships with local organizations and networking groups.
Help position 3R Plumbing & Mechanical as the leading home service provider on the South Shore.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report marketing KPIs.
Measure campaign effectiveness.
Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field

Equivalent marketing experience with a proven track record of growing brands, generating leads, and managing successful campaigns.

Preferred

3+ years of marketing experience.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong social media management skills.
Experience with Google Ads and SEO.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Bonus Qualifications

ServiceTitan experience.
Home Service Industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.).
Video editing and content creation experience.
Photography and graphic design skills.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Experience managing marketing budgets.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
