Full Job Description

We’re growing and looking for a strong sales rep who already knows how to sell and close.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with experience, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build real relationships with clients. If you’re a great closer who knows how to move deals forward, you’ll do very well here.

What makes us different:
We’re one of the top-performing agencies in the area, and we invest in our team. Every sales rep receives 3–4 leads per day, but we don’t rely only on that,, our top producers create their own pipeline through outbound calls and referrals.

Our process is simple: build relationships, earn trust, ask for referrals, and close.

What you’ll be doing:

Selling personal lines products such as home, auto, landlord, etc.
Working both inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities
Building long-term relationships with clients (not just one-time sales)
Asking for referrals to create a strong, steady pipeline
Confidently closing deals and hitting clear sales goals

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
Proven closing ability — we’re looking for closers
Strong communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Allstate experience is a plus, but not required
