Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Machinery Sales Specialist, where you'll drive growth by showcasing our innovative construction equipment solutions to clients across the industry. This energetic role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen, empowering you to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored machinery solutions that meet diverse project needs. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will be key in expanding our market presence and supporting clients in achieving their construction goals.

Duties

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their construction machinery requirements and provide expert guidance on product selection.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications to showcase our machinery’s capabilities.
Develop customized sales proposals, including technical details and project-specific solutions, to address client needs effectively.
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to deliver technical presentations and support complex sales negotiations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements such as computer networking, AWS (Amazon Web Services), VMware, Linux, Azure, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools to better serve clients.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of machinery while providing ongoing technical support post-sale.

Experience

Proven experience in technical sales or product demonstrations within the construction or heavy machinery industry.
Strong understanding of construction equipment specifications, applications, and operational features.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as virtualization technologies like VMware.
Technical proficiency in computer networking, Linux operating systems, Python programming, Bash scripting, and analysis skills for troubleshooting and client support.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in pre-sales activities including product demos, technical presentations, and solution design.
