Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.
Guide clients through the loan origination process, providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct credit analysis and financial assessments to ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
Utilize accounting software and financial tools for accurate loan processing and documentation.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions while maintaining a strong understanding of FNMA guidelines.
Collaborate with escrow and banking professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the loan origination process, ensuring they receive the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. Reporting to the Director of Mortgage, you will leverage your core skills in working with underwriting, customer service, and credit analysis to facilitate loan processing and approvals. Your premium skills in financial sales and negotiation will enhance client relationships, while your relevant knowledge of contracts and banking will support seamless transactions.
