Clinical Pharmacist

We're seeking a residency-trained Clinical Pharmacist to join an award-winning pharmacy team that practices at the top of its license. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$80–$110/hour ($166,000–$230,000 annually)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
$7,500 Relocation Assistance
Up to $20,000 Student Loan Repayment

You'll become part of a collaborative department featuring:

Over 50 clinical pharmacists, with 80% residency-trained and board certified
Integrated, decentralized pharmacy practice model
Average daily census of approximately 400 patients
Joint faculty appointments with a major university medical center
Active involvement in residency education and graduate medical education programs

This organization empowers pharmacists to practice as essential members of the healthcare team, making meaningful clinical decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.

Practice alongside physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams while providing advanced clinical pharmacy services throughout the hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Clinical rounding with interdisciplinary teams
Medication therapy management and clinical interventions
Order verification and drug information consults
Pharmacokinetic dosing
Anticoagulation management
Renal dose adjustments
Participation in Code Blue and Rapid Response events

Specialty practice opportunities include:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
