Full Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A fully remote position is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This contract role supports K-12 students by providing psychological assessments and interventions through a virtual platform, enhancing accessibility and flexibility. The position is based in Cedar Rapids, IA, but performed entirely online.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized remote assessments
Delivering telehealth counseling and consultation to students, families, and school staff
Collaborating with educators and support teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and compliance with relevant regulations
Utilizing virtual tools to administer assessments and facilitate interactive learning experiences

Qualifications and desired experience:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Appropriate licensure or certification in Iowa for provision of telepsychology services
Experience conducting telehealth psychological assessments and interventions
Strong knowledge of educational psychology, child development, and special education laws
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students and school personnel virtually
Comfort and proficiency with digital platforms, video conferencing, and electronic record-keeping

Contractors will have access to a comprehensive virtual platform that includes a variety of assessment tools, interactive learning materials, and a Zoom Pro account for video sessions. Dedicated clinical and technical support teams are also available to assist throughout the contract duration.
