Own the products that power the AI era
Every model that gets trained, every workload that scales, every trading desk that needs an edge measured in nanoseconds — it runs on custom-engineered infrastructure. At International Computer Concepts (ICC), we design and build that infrastructure, and we’re hiring a Senior Product Line Manager to own our proprietary-product roadmap end to end.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants their fingerprints on what we build next: the next generation of immersion- and liquid-cooled GPU servers, AI/HPC platforms, and ultra-low-latency systems. If you get energized by GPU-dense AI servers, next-gen CPU and accelerator launches, advanced cooling, and turning hard technical tradeoffs into products customers fight to buy — keep reading.
About ICC
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, International Computer Concepts custom-engineers the datacenter servers, GPU/AI clusters, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure behind some of the world’s most demanding workloads — from AI training and inference, to ultra-low-latency financial trading, to large-scale scientific research and visual effects.
We’re a family-owned, US-based company with more than 30 years of history, in-house engineering and manufacturing in Illinois, and a global footprint with offices in London and Kuala Lumpur. As an NVIDIA Partner of the Year and a multi-year Intel and AMD partner-award winner, we work at the leading edge of compute — custom chassis, immersion and direct-liquid cooling, firmware tuning, and overclocking — and we’ve been recognized on the Inc. 5000 and CRN’s Fast Growth 150 as one of the fastest-growing companies in our space.
We’re now entering an exciting next phase of growth with accelerated investment going into our proprietary product portfolio. This role is central to that plan.
The opportunity
As Senior Product Line Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of ICC’s proprietary product line — from high-density GPU servers and AI Factory clusters to advanced liquid- and immersion-cooled platforms. You’ll build on flagship products like the Aquarius R-117A — which packs six NVIDIA H200 GPUs into a single 1U immersion-cooled chassis — and define what we build next.
You’ll sit at the intersection of our in-house engineering and manufacturing teams, our OEM partners, our sales organization, and our customers — and you’ll be accountable for whether each product wins in the market. This isn’t a coordinator role. You set the direction, make the calls, and own the outcome.
What you’ll do
- Own the proprietary product roadmap. Define and drive the strategy, multi-generation roadmap, and business case for ICC’s proprietary server and platform portfolio — from concept and new product introduction (NPI) through end-of-life (EOL).
- Launch new products. Lead the definition and go-to-market launch of new proprietary SKUs, including immersion- and direct-liquid-cooled GPU servers and AI/HPC platforms.
- Translate the market into product. Turn customer needs, competitive analysis, and technology trends into clear requirements (MRD/PRD) that our engineering team can build against.
- Track the silicon and the stack. Stay ahead of CPU, GPU, and accelerator roadmaps (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, Arm ecosystem), plus memory (DDR5, HBM, CXL), NVMe storage, high-speed networking (InfiniBand/RoCE), and cooling (air, direct-liquid, immersion).
- Partner with in-house engineering and manufacturing. Work hand-in-hand with our US-based mechanical, electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to bring differentiated products to market on time and on margin.
- Leverage OEM relationships. Collaborate with our OEM partners — NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Supermicro, Dell, Lenovo, and others — on platform roadmaps, early access, and co-selling.
- Drive go-to-market. Own positioning, pricing, competitive differentiation, launch plans, and sales enablement across our core markets: enterprise AI, neocloud/sovereign cloud, financial services, scientific research, media/VFX, and high-compute edge.
- Engage directly with customers. Meet with technical buyers to shape requirements, present roadmaps, and support strategic opportunities — and help grow our services attach.
What you’ll bring
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- *Experience in Product management, or product marketing, ideally in servers, datacenter infrastructure, GPU/AI systems, hardware, or semiconductors.
- Strong understanding of server architecture and datacenter infrastructure (compute, accelerators, memory, storage, networking, thermal/power).
- A track record of owning a product roadmap and bringing hardware products to market.
- Strong cross-functional leadership — you can align engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations around a plan and keep it moving.
- Excellent communication skills: you can go deep with engineers and crisp with executives and customers.
- Comfort engaging directly with technical customers and translating capabilities into clear business value.
Nice-to-have
- MBA or equivalent business background.
- Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated servers, AI/ML infrastructure, or high-density compute.
- Familiarity with liquid or immersion cooling and the engineering tradeoffs involved.
- Experience with ultra-low-latency / financial trading systems, overclocking, or firmware tuning.
- Familiarity with heterogeneous-systems optimization across compute, accelerators, memory, storage, and networking.
- Experience working with OEM partners and navigating global hardware supply chains.
Why you’ll love it here
- Real ownership. You own the proprietary product line. Your decisions show up in what ships and what sells.
- Leading-edge engineering. Custom chassis, immersion and direct-liquid cooling, overclocking, firmware tuning — and in-house US manufacturing, so you can actually build what you design.
- A profitable, growing company. 30+ years of continuous profitability, recognized on the Inc. 5000 and CRN’s Fast Growth 150, now investing in its next phase of growth.
- The market is on fire. AI demand is reshaping the datacenter, and you’ll be building at the center of it.
- Direct impact, low bureaucracy. A family-owned business where senior people make real decisions quickly — not a layer in a giant org chart.
- Marquee customers and partners. Work on infrastructure for leading AI, research, and financial trading organizations, alongside top-tier OEM partners including NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel.
- An easy commute. Our Northbrook, IL office sits near two major highways and a Metra station, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
