Full Job Description

Header: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Overview

EIDOS Technologies, LLC is seeking an onsite IT Asset and Warehouse Support Specialist to support IRS Criminal Investigation hardware inventory, shipping, receiving, imaging and asset-lifecycle operations.

Duties

Manage and track IT hardware, peripherals and warehouse inventory.
Update asset-management and inventory systems for received, shipped and disposed equipment.
Perform onsite shipping and receiving activities.
Prepare hardware for shipment, including endpoint imaging and compliance verification.
Support automated, self-service hardware-request and approval processes.
Maintain inventory dashboards and information used for demand forecasting.
Perform annual physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
Process asset-disposal requests.
Sanitize equipment and prepare assets for authorized disposal.
Produce standard and specialized inventory reports.
Develop and maintain administrative instructions, installation guides, user guides, knowledge articles and SOPs.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment is properly configured, tracked and ready for delivery.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of related IT asset-management, warehouse, logistics, desktop-support or inventory-control experience.
Experience with IT hardware inventory and asset-tracking systems.
Experience with shipping, receiving and equipment-disposition processes.
Familiarity with computer imaging, hardware preparation and endpoint configuration.
Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and producing reports.
Ability to follow security, configuration-management and equipment-sanitization procedures.
Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience supporting a federal IT environment.
Experience with enterprise asset-management or inventory platforms.
Experience preparing laptops or other endpoints for deployment.
Familiarity with vulnerability checks and secure equipment disposal.
CompTIA A+ or comparable hardware/desktop-support certification.

Position conditions:

Must work onsite at 7940 Kentucky Drive, Florence, Kentucky.
The worksite is currently expected to relocate to 333 Scott Street, Covington, Kentucky, by September 30, 2027.
Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays. Occasional scheduled holiday work may be required.
Must be able to submit and maintain an IRS High-Risk Background Investigation.
Must complete a seven-panel drug screening if IRS-CI network access is required.
Must complete applicable IRS security, privacy and IT training.
