What You’ll Do as a Machine/Print Press Operator

As a key player in our production team, you will:

Operate and maintain automatic screen-printing equipment to meet production needs.
Verify size, color, and type of products to ensure accuracy.
Ensure color sequences are correct for each job.
Install and adjust machine components for proper functionality.
Maintain production rates while upholding high-quality standards.
Continuously inspect products to ensure they meet job specifications and quality guidelines.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have:

Experience operating automated equipment.
The ability to read and understand work orders in English.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
A team-player attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
Physical stamina to bend, twist, and lift as needed.
The ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete surface.
A willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet production demands.
