Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your multitasking abilities and technical proficiency will shine.

Responsibilities

Greet Parents, visitors, and children warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
Answer phones, put in messages for patients and direct them to the correct person.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with information requests, and ensuring client communication is clear and courteous

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft word
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and productivity software
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving attitude
Ability to type quickly with high accuracy while proofreading documents for errors
Experience in calendar management, filing systems, and personal assistant tasks is desirable
