$350–$500/hr Remote You choose your caseload.
Psychiatry without the grind. If RVUs, call, and inbox chaos have crowded out real clinical thinking, this Collaborating Psychiatrist role gives you time and control back. Lead a small panel through a calm, remote rhythm—brief monthly touchpoints plus a simple annual cadence—while we provide agreement support and streamlined workflows. Built by clinicians for clinicians, the model keeps admin light and your judgment at the center.

About the role (Ohio)

Part-time, 100% remote Psychiatrist [Collaborating Psychiatrist]. You set caseload and cadence; provide structured collaboration consistent with Ohio requirements via scheduled check-ins and a straightforward annual review. No clinic call or heavy admin.

Contract · Part-time · 100% Remote
You choose your panel size and availability.

Compensation

$350–$500 per hour
Illustrative monthly snapshots (max of 6 NPs in OK):

2 clinicians → ~$700–$800/mo
4 clinicians → ~$1,400–$1,600/mo
6 clinicians → ~$2,100–$2,400/mo
Optional multi-state expansion: if you hold additional licenses, many physicians exceed $15,000+/month by adding panels in other states (assignments comply with each state’s rules)

Requirements

MD/DO Psychiatrist
Active Ohio medical license AND ACTIVE DEA in Ohio
Comfortable with structured collaboration and timely communication
