Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of NAVAC’s marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring continuity across foundational marketing programs, social media activities, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities, Duties and Functions (Including but not limited to the followings)

Website & Assets: Perform routine website updates, maintain distributor locators, and manage the digital library of product and marketing assets.
Marketing Materials: Oversee marketing inventory and coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and logistics.
Campaigns & Promotions: Manage email lists and campaigns, coordinate monthly raffles and promotions, and report on engagement results.
General Support: Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the marketing department. Duties include maintaining marketing records and documentation, responding to general marketing inquiries via email and phone, and assisting with additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Bachelor’s is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
Fluency in English and Chinese required.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with social and digital marketing platforms, tools and analytics.
Familiar with MS Office Software, Excel and Word. Familiar with Canva or any graphic design tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
