Job Summary

The PDR Sales Representative is the face of the company, responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales in the paintless dent repair and auto hail repair markets. This role is ideal for confident, customer-focused sales professionals who can work independently, coordinate with insurance adjusters, and thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers, including those with hail damage, dents, or dings.
Customer Engagement: Build trust and rapport with clients, explaining PDR benefits, processes, and cost savings.
Deal Closing: Negotiate and close sales, often involving insurance coordination and documentation.
Market Knowledge: Understand PDR technology, insurance claims, and competitive pricing.
Travel & Flexibility: Work on the road to multiple locations, adapting to varying schedules and weather conditions (especially for hail repair).
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets with competitive commissions or bonuses.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong sales and consultative selling skills with proven ability to close deals.
Experience in customer relationship building and insurance coordination preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile environment.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and hail damage restoration.
High energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Typical Work Environment

Location: On the road to various service areas; may require travel to multiple states or regions.
Schedule: Flexible, often tied to hail damage seasons and business demand.
Tools: Access to company vehicles, sales materials, and PDR service information.
