Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team! The Graphic Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality graphics, product visuals, and creative concepts under the direction of the Marketing Director and Creative Director. The Graphic Designer will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives, product launches, training materials, and brand development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and or edit digital and print marketing collateral, including ads, brochures, catalogs, specification guides, specification sheets, signage, and promotional materials.

· Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

· Create high-quality product renders and visual assets using supplied.OBJ files Utilize Blender or related 3D rendering software to develop realistic product visualizations and environments

· Assist in the development and maintenance of front-end website design elements and digital content updates.

· Handle layout and organization of company Specification Guides and Specification Sheets Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and product development teams on new product launches and marketing initiatives.

· Work closely with the Director of Corporate Training on training materials, presentations, and educational content.

· Support tradeshow, showroom, showhouse, and event marketing efforts through creation of graphics, booth visuals, signage, and collateral.

· Create and edit product photography, lifestyle imagery, videos, and digital assets for marketing campaigns and social media.

· Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflow efficiency, ideation, rendering processes, and content development Work with external PR firms, vendors, and partners on promotional materials and collaborative initiatives.

The above declarations represent a general outline of the duties and responsibilities of this position. Duties may be added or subtracted as business conditions or other circumstances require.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

· Link to portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects including print, digital, product rendering, and brand design.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software.

· Knowledge of Blender or related 3D rendering software required.

· Experience converting supplied .OBJ files into high-quality product renders and visualizations.

· Understanding of technical design aspects, file preparation, rendering workflows, print production, and content creation.

· Experience designing layouts for specification guides, technical documents, and product literature.

· Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and general web design principles is a plus.

· Experience utilizing AI tools and platforms within creative and marketing workflows.

· Possess strong understanding of design trends, typography, branding, visual storytelling, and creative process.

· Knowledge of the outdoor kitchen, luxury home, or architectural/design industry preferred.

· Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and creative platforms.
