What You'll OwnGrow Referral Partnerships
- Develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, transitional care units, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and healthcare providers
- Become the preferred senior living resource throughout your assigned territory
- Expand referral pipelines through networking, education, and consistent community presence
Guide Families Through Important Decisions
- Help families understand Assisted Living, Memory Care, Medical Assistance, private pay options, and available resources
- Conduct personalized tours that build trust and confidence
- Navigate complex placement situations while identifying creative solutions
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the decision-making process
Drive Occupancy Growth
- Manage referrals, assessments, tours, follow-up, and move-ins
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, occupancy metrics, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences from the first phone call through move-in
- Represent Sunflower Communities at networking events, healthcare facilities, and community outreach opportunities

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Proven success in healthcare sales, senior living admissions, hospice, home care, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consultative B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to build referral networks and generate new business
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Ability to discuss measurable sales metrics including occupancy growth, referral development, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Comfortable working independently throughout a multi-community territory
- Willingness to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro, Waconia, Elmore, and surrounding referral markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of senior living, post-acute care, or healthcare reimbursement is a plus
