Full Job Description

Looking for experienced commercial insurance producer to prepare to assume an existing book of business while adding to it through production of new accounts. Require minimum of 5 years commercial sales experience. Position can be hybrid, depending on circumstances. Salary plus commission transitioning to primarily commission. Over 100 Hundred year old agency on the East Coast Target accounts larger than $15,000 in premium Benefits - Competitive pay and benefits with Retirement Plan - Professional Development - Ability to earn more as you produce more

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their insurance needs
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and provide suitable recommendations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budget
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance contracts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex information
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and client management
