Position Overview
Everyone Connected is hiring motivated Bilingual Outreach Sales Representatives to work directly in the community. This role focuses on helping customers qualify for affordable internet services, completing applications, and assisting customers through the enrollment process.
This is a field/outdoor outreach position. Representatives will be working outside in the community, often in the sun, at assigned outreach locations, local businesses, community events, food distribution sites, churches, nonprofit locations, and other approved public locations.
This is not a door-to-door position. Door knocking is not allowed.
Responsibilities
- Set up at assigned outreach locations provided by Everyone Connected.
- Find and develop your own approved outreach locations.
- Speak with customers about low-cost internet service options.
- Help customers complete applications and submit required information.
- Follow up with customers until installation is completed.
- Build relationships with community organizations, churches, food banks, nonprofits, local businesses, and outreach groups.
- Attend community events and public outreach opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and application updates.
- Provide updates to management regarding locations, leads, applications, and completed installs.
- Represent Everyone Connected professionally at all times.
Outreach Locations
Everyone Connected will help identify locations and let representatives know where to set up so the community can begin recognizing where they are located.
Representatives are also encouraged to find their own approved locations, build partnerships with outreach organizations, and create their own ways to generate customers through community-based outreach.
Approved customer-generation methods include:
- Community events
- Food banks and food distributions
- Churches
- Nonprofit organizations
- Local businesses
- Public outreach locations
- Referrals
- Community partnerships
- Approved tables, booths, and setup locations
Door knocking, residential solicitation, or approaching homes is not permitted.
Outdoor Work Requirement
This is an outdoor field position. Representatives must understand that they may be working outside daily, including in the sun and warm weather conditions.
Applicants must be comfortable:
- Standing for long periods
- Working outdoors
- Setting up tables, banners, flyers, and signs
- Speaking with people in public locations
- Traveling between outreach sites
- Working at events or locations based on community availability
Schedule
The schedule depends on the assigned outreach location, community event, or approved setup opportunity. Some locations may require morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend availability.
Representatives must be flexible and available to work based on location needs and community outreach opportunities.

What the Representative Must Provide

Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Must have reliable transportation/car
- Must have personal cell phone
- Must have personal hotspot or reliable internet access
- Must be comfortable working outdoors daily
- Must be able to work in the sun and at outdoor locations
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Sales, outreach, customer service, or community experience is a plus
Compensation
This position is base pay plus commission.
- $10.00 per hour base pay
- $75 commission for every completed installation
- Commission is paid only when the customer account has been successfully installed
- Incomplete applications, canceled orders, denied applications, duplicate accounts, or customers who do not complete installation do not qualify for commission
Completed account means the customer has been successfully installed and the account is confirmed as completed.
Equipment Policy
Everyone Connected provides a company laptop and advertising materials for approved business use. Representatives are responsible for keeping company equipment safe and using it only for authorized outreach and enrollment purposes.
Company equipment must be returned upon request or upon separation from the company.
Representatives are responsible for providing their own cell phone, hotspot, and internet connection needed to complete field work.
No Door-Knocking Policy
Everyone Connected does not allow door-to-door sales, door knocking, or residential solicitation.
Representatives must generate customers through approved outreach locations, community events, referrals, public locations, local partnerships, and assigned setup areas.
Background Check
A background check is required because representatives will handle customer information, use company equipment, and represent Everyone Connected in the community.
