Myna Therapy Services is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Position Overview

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs. You will work closely with patients, families, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans and provide engaging, evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful progress.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys pediatrics, brings creativity and heart to their work, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that is deeply committed to children and families.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluation and Assessment

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients
Administer and interpret standardized and informal assessments
Identify each child’s strengths, needs, and functional communication goals

Treatment Planning and Therapy Services

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs and developmental level
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services
Support a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, social communication challenges, and other developmental concerns
Adapt treatment strategies as needed to support progress and maximize outcomes

Family Collaboration and Education

Build strong, supportive relationships with families and caregivers
Provide education, home strategies, and recommendations to encourage carryover outside of sessions
Communicate clearly and consistently regarding treatment goals, progress, and next steps

Documentation and Clinical Standards

Maintain timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
Ensure compliance with professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational expectations
Stay current on best practices, research, and developments in pediatric speech-language pathology

Education and Credentials

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Required Skills and Experience

Strong background in pediatric speech-language evaluation and treatment
Knowledge of speech, language, communication, and developmental disorders in children
Familiarity with standardized testing and clinical interpretation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to provide high-quality, family-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals

Preferred Experience

Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting children with a wide range of speech, language, and developmental needs
A playful, creative, and child-centered approach to therapy
