Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, managing multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette.
Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support to ensure positive interactions.
Assist in the Accounts Payable and Receivable process
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping.
Provide assistance to office staff

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications for efficient document handling.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, data entry, and calendar management.
Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette to ensure professional communication.
Familiarity with clerical tasks like proofreading, document formatting, and record keeping.
