We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

Hours and wage:

2:30pm - 10:30pm; $26-$30 DOE*
10:30pm - 6:30am; $26-$30 DOE*

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technicians will need strong troubleshooting skills and have an understanding of pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls systems and mechanical processes
Perform routine and specialized maintenance on of highly automated, state of the art glass production equipment. Equipment includes:
Tempering furnace
Automated cutting system
Automated insulating equipment
Spacer forming and assembly equipment
Preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment
Maintaining the appropriate records by recording work orders using CMMS
Promptly requesting machine parts by filling out purchase requisitions.

Qualifications:

A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance related field is preferred
Must have ability to troubleshoot and repair with strong mechanical aptitude.
Physically capable of manual labor including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
At least 3 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
