The Senior Manager, Private Brands Creative, leads strategic initiatives to develop compelling brand narratives and visual storytelling that drive business growth. This role requires leveraging data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to influence key stakeholders and deliver innovative packaging solutions. The position demands strong decision-making, project management, and communication skills to guide teams and partners effectively. By integrating member insights and industry trends, the Senior Manager ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering continuous improvement and technology adoption within the creative process.
About the team:
The creative team behind Member’s Mark comprises skilled designers and art directors dedicated to bringing the brand to life through packaging, storytelling, and visual identity. This team transforms everyday products into engaging member experiences by balancing strategy, creativity, and commerce. They lead creative asset development, manage visual branding across multiple channels, and collaborate closely with marketing and business partners to ensure alignment. Focused on innovation and quality, the team drives business growth while maintaining high standards and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:

Lead cross-functional discussions to align creative strategies with business objectives and influence key stakeholders effectively.
Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to develop insights that inform brand strategy and packaging innovation.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance private brand creative processes and outcomes.
Provide timely, constructive feedback and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to support product development and execution.
Monitor industry trends to anticipate market shifts and guide strategic creative decisions.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
